稽古のご案内 (English below)
体の声に耳をすまし、今、生きているという喜びを確かに感じること。
立つ、歩く、体の芯を作るといった舞踏の基礎から即興ダンスまで、様々な体験をする中で、自己の肉体と精神に出会い、やがてあるがままの命で踊ることを目指します。
稽古は毎週水曜、金曜に行われます。
参加される方は直接稽古場を訪ねてください。参加者の資格・経歴は問いません。
※事前の申し込みは不要です。
※急なスケジュールの変更もあり得ますので、初めてお越しの方、遠方からお越しの方は、出発前に再度、ホームページをご確認ください。

Seiji Tanaka's Butoh Workshops -
In this workshop, participants will encounter their own body and spirit through a variety of experiences from the basics of Butoh; such as standing, walking, and building the core of the body, to improvisational dance, to dance your life as it is. It is a journey that requires perseverance. We will move forward step by step while having fun. I am looking forward to seeing you.
The workshops are held every Wednesday and Friday.
Please feel free to come to the studio. Anyone is welcome to participate.
There is no need to make an appointment or such.
